2. Purpose of the Document
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as: GTC) is to set out the conditions for using the services available on the website operated by Hungarowild Kft. (hereinafter: Website).
3. Description of Services
Users can access the following services through the Website:
- Hunting organization – hunting trips bookable for pre-scheduled dates and locations.
- Wildlife photography tourism – guided nature photography tours in unique habitats.
- Online booking and purchase – programs can be purchased in advance via bank card.
- Extra features via registration – account creation is required for purchasing and for receiving personalized offers and newsletters.
4. Registration
To make a purchase, users must register an account on the Website. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. The Service Provider reserves the right to delete registrations made with incorrect or false information.
5. Purchase Process
1. The user selects the desired service (hunting or photo tour).
2. After adding it to the cart and checking the details, payment is made by bank card through the SimplePay system.
3. After the payment, the buyer receives a confirmation email.
4. The invoice is issued automatically through Számlázz.hu and sent via email.
6. Payment Terms
Only online payment via bank card is available on the Website, provided by SimplePay (SimplePay Zrt.). The transaction takes place on their platform; the Service Provider does not store card data.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days in accordance with Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), provided the service has not yet started. Since hunting and photography tours are scheduled for specific dates, the right of withdrawal may be limited as per legal regulations.
8. Cancellation and Modification
Cancellations and modifications are subject to the terms provided at the time of booking. The Service Provider reserves the right to change programs (e.g., due to weather or legal restrictions) and will inform users in time.
9. Newsletter
During registration, the user may consent to receiving newsletters. This consent can be withdrawn at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us via email.
10. Data Protection
Details of data processing are included in a separate document: Privacy Policy, available on the Website. The data provided during registration and purchase is used solely for fulfilling services and legal obligations.
11. Complaint Handling
Customers can send complaints via:

The Service Provider will investigate and respond to complaints within 30 days at the latest.
12. Miscellaneous Provisions
- The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these GTC.
- Contract language: Hungarian.
- The parties will attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If that fails, the competent court will have jurisdiction.
- The user declares that the arriving hunting guests have a valid hunting license.

I acknowledge the following personal data stored in the user account of Hungarowild Kft (2858, Császár, Kossuth L. utca 136) in the user database of https://hungarowild.hu will be handed over to SimplePay Zrt. and is trusted as data processor. The data transferred by the data controller are the following: Order identifier, Order sum, email address, Shipping information, Billing information: name, country, city, zipcode, street, street number. The nature and purpose of the data processing activity performed by the data processor in the SimplePay Privacy Policy can be found at the following link: http://simplepay.hu/vasarlo-aff
