1. General Provisions
This Cancellation Policy regulates the cancellation and modification terms for hunting and wildlife photography tours organized by Hungarowild Kft. By submitting a booking, the customer accepts these terms.
2. Cancellation by the User
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to sales@hungarowild.hu.
- If the program is canceled after payment, no refund will be given.
- No refunds will be given in the event of a no-show.
3. Modifications by the User
Modifications must be requested at least 7 days before the start of the program. Changes are subject to availability. One free rescheduling is allowed; additional changes may incur a fee.
4. Cancellation or Modification by the Service Provider
Hungarowild Kft. reserves the right to cancel or modify a program in case of force majeure (e.g., weather conditions, official restrictions, unforeseen events). In such cases, the customer may choose a new date or request a full refund.
